January – March 2013

Greetings in the Name of Jesus:

Well the New Year came in with many exciting things on the horizon! It’s hard to believe that it is March already. It’s been nearly a year that we have been back from Guyana now, and our hearts ache for God to enable a way to continue a work there. We know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you, our faithful supporters, have been praying because we re-ceived a phone call about 2 months ago from a like-minded national pastor in Guyana that would like us to come and start a Children’s Home under his church as soon as we can. Since the government won’t allow for us to live there at this point in time, it looks like God may be getting us in by a different avenue. Hallelujah! This pastor has a national cou-ple of his church who surrendered to full-time ministry and to be trained by us to manage the day-to-day operations. This will allow us to freely go back and forth and have a contin-ual way to meet the ongoing needs of the children. We were already granted tourist visas which are 30 days with extensions up to 90….so we will take good advantage of that! 1Thessalonians 5:24 “Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it” is the verse that comes to mind. God will do it, and praise His Holy Name! This summer we will take a trip to Guyana once again to survey this area, which is in the capitol city not the jungle, and see what needs to be done to get a Lighthouse up and going! Many children await being rescued, a roof over their head, a good Christian education, a Christian family to lead them to the Lord, and Christian guidance to guide their path. We hope this news blesses your hearts as much as it is blessing ours.

We also know you’ve been praying about the Philippines for us because God made it clear this quarter that He doesn’t want us to start a work there. We did extensive research to get a Lighthouse started, and their government wants too much involvement in this type of work when a foreigner starts it. We want to remain a faith-based ministry, separated from government influence. We were slightly disappointed, but since we haven’t been involved there yet, a complete peace came to us quickly. Something we haven’t had since we had to leave Guyana: that perfect complete peace! I guess you can say, our hearts are in Guyana!

This past quarter we did a lot of traveling in the Texas and Oklahoma areas and Missis-sippi presenting the ministry numerous times, teaching in Sunday Schools, preached in a Chapel service at a Christian High School, discipling a few young adults who are strug-gling in their Christian walk.…. and gained individual child sponsorships for 4 children in the Lighthouses…..shouting Hallelujah right there! Thank you Lord for all you do!

  • For our salvation and good health.
  • For God’s opening and closing of doors…..He leads, and we follow!
  • For all of you who support us financially and/or prayerfully. We couldn’t do any of God’s work without you!
  • For the healthy birth of our twin grandbabies in January….pictured on right.
  • For the 4 children picked up in sponsorship.

Ministry Prayer Requests

  • That God will continue to supply individual child sponsorship for the children still in need of that at the Lighthouses. Any questions or for details, please call Ray 813-300-2137 or

  • That God would give us clear direction and wisdom when we go to meet the Guyana national Pastor and his church ministry.

    Boltz Family Prayer Requests

  • Our daughter Kimberly is still praying for a cheap, small used car for college in good condition. Preferably in around $1,500 or less. If you know of any, please email us at eight4Jesus@yahoo.com or call the above numbers.

We thank the Lord for all He does through us, and through you in helping us! We thank you always for all your love, prayers, and support! We don’t take lightly serving the Lord together with you. We know that we can count on you to take our needs before the Lord in prayer and fight the battles with us!

We love you!
